LTEAM OLYMPIC DAY 2024
EVENT RULES
1. GENERAL RULES
1.1. These rules are prepared to inform the Participants about the public event "LTeam Olympi day 2024" taking place on June 8, 2024 in Šiauliai. The aim of the event is to introduce the public to various sports disciplines, provide the opportunity to try them out and establish a connection with sports federations, clubs, coaches or athletes. The event is open to the public and friendly for families.
1.2. The participant must read and confirm that they have read, understood and promises to abide by these rules and has read and understood the risks that may arise to his health.
1.3. By acknowledging that they are familiar with the rules, the participant confirms that they have evaluated the Organizer's recommendation to check their health at a health care institution and assumes all risks associated with participating in the event (including responsibility for their health and injuries) and agrees not to make any claims to the Organizers in this regard.
2. DEFINITIONS USED IN THE RULES

Spectator | a person who is not registered to participate in the event, but is on the event territory. |
3. LOCATION AND TIME OF THE EVENT
3.1. The event will take place on June 8, 2024, Participants will be able to perform tasks spread out in Šiauliai city (near "Geležinė Lapė" statue) using the mobile application "LTeam events" or event maps.
4. PARTICIPANTS
4.1. Participation in the event is free of charge. Anyone who wishes to participate can do so by registering on the "LTeam events" mobile application or on site at the event and confirming that they are familiar with the rules. Advance registration is required for some parts of the competition.
4.2. Participants must check their health before participating in the event and should consult with a healthcare institution if necessary. Participants with a fever or any signs of illness are not allowed to participate in the event. The Organizers are not responsible for the Participants' health conditions.
4.3. Participants assume all risks associated with participation in the Event (including responsibility for their health and injuries) and undertake not to make any claims against the Organizers.
4.4. Participants must provide accurate information about themselves when registering for the Event.
4.5. Children's representatives are responsible for Children.
5. EVENT SECURITY RULES
5.1. Participants and Spectators are prohibited from going into the "Stop" zone and the areas marked with caution signs as well as the tents of the organizers or other areas prohibited by the Event Organizers representatives.
5.2. Participants and Spectators at the Event must comply with these Rules and other safety requirements specified by the Organizers, the Event host and his assistants' instructions or instructions related to safe behavior at the Event and the use of Event equipment, act carefully and protect themselves and others.
5.3. Participants and Spectators must not walk or stand in areas that are fenced off or where there are restricted activities. They must be in their designated areas during the competition.
5.4. Participants and Spectators must be sober and not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances. Organizer representatives have the right to not allow participation in the game or tournament for Participants or request that Participants or Spectators leave the Event who, in their opinion, do not comply with this requirement.
5.5. Participants and Spectators must avoid unsafe situations that may cause injury to themselves or others.
5.6. Spectators and Participants are responsible for their own safety during the Event. They must keep a safe distance, strive not to cross the tracks or territories where Event Participants perform tasks, listen to the instructions of Organizer representatives, and comply with public order requirements.
5.7. Participants and Spectators who have observed environmental factors that may cause dangerous situations at the Event location or when using Event equipment must immediately warn other Participants or Spectators and the Event Organizer or Organizer representative.
5.8. Participants and Spectators must avoid unsafe situations, dangerous falls, risky, dangerous behavior and body movements that may cause disturbance to one's own or others' health, injury, physical pain, death, or other damage.
5.9. Participants must obtain permission from the Organizer representative before using the facilities and use the facilities according to the Organizer representative's instructions. Other actions with Event equipment are prohibited and may be dangerous to the health of Event Participants and Spectators.
5.10. Participants understand that active sports and everything related to it are characterized by increased risk, danger and may cause health problems, injury, physical pain, death, or other damage. If suffering from chronic diseases, Participants should consult a doctor before participating in the Event.
5.11. The participant must immediately inform the representatives of the Organizer about any sudden deterioration in their own or noticed health or suffered injury.
5.12. Participants are not allowed to climb below or over other participants or to walk or stand under participants on special climbing equipment. Participants must comply with all the requirements and remarks of the Organizer representatives.
5.13. The Children's representatives are responsible for the behavior and safety of the Children.
5.14. The representative of the Child agrees to fully and properly explain the Rules to the Child. The fact of the Child's participation means that the representative of the Child has fully and properly explained the Rules to the Child, the Child understands them correctly and agrees to comply with them, and the representative of the Child assumes responsibility.
5.15. If the participant or spectator violates the Rules, the participant is responsible for the impairment of health, injury, physical pain, death, or other harm caused to themselves or third parties due to the participant's or spectator's fault.
5.16. It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages, weapons, or other products that can be used as weapons into the Event.
5.17. Participants and Spectators are prohibited from acting aggressively, demonstrating or otherwise using provocative, violent, insulting, degrading, or harmony-disturbing gestures, banners, images, symbols, texts, and other things.
5.18. The Rules and the instructions of the Organizer and its representatives are mandatory for Event Participants and Spectators. Participation in the Event means that the Event participant and Spectator have read, understood and agreed to comply with the Rules and to carry out the instructions of the Organizer and its representatives.
5.19. The Organizers and representatives of the Event have the right (i) to restrict Participants and Spectators who violate public order or do not comply with these Rules, (ii) to require persons violating public order or not complying with legal requirements to leave the Event, (iii) to terminate the Event and require participants to disperse.
6. PRIZE REDEMPTION
6.1. Participants of the event will receive points for participating in activities, which can be redeemed for LTeam and sponsor souvenirs and prizes during the event (June 8, 2024).
6.2. The prizes can be redeemed by showing the collected points on the "LTeam events" mobile app or the participant's pass during the event days from 12:00 to 19:00, in the Organizer's tent.
6.3. The number of prizes is limited.
7. MEDICAL AID FOR EVENT PARTICIPANTS
7.1. Participants or Spectators who feel unwell during the event can contact the Organizer's representatives or the Rapid Medical Aid point.
8. EVACUATION FROM THE EVENT
8.1. Participants and Spectators must move in the direction specified by the Organizers and without haste, without causing panic and helping each other to leave the event territory when the Organizers announce the requirement to evacuate from the event territory.
9. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT
9.1. Lithuanian Olympic Fund, legal entity code: 190725412, address: Olimpiečių g. 15, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, and Lithuanian National Olympic Committee, legal entity code: 191368237, address: Olimpiečių g. 15, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter LOF and LTOK) are joint data controllers responsible for collecting and processing the personal data of Event Participants.
9.2. Participants provide their personal data by registering for the event using the "LTeam events" mobile app or by filling out the registration form on the event day.
9.3. Data controllers Participants' Personal Data (name, surname, phone number, email address, date of birth, parents or guardians' email address) is processed for the lawful purpose of organizing the event.
9.4. When using the mobile app "LTeam events" and participating in the Event, LOF and LTOK process the following personal data: name, surname, email address, date of birth, collected points, location (only when using "LTeam events"). These personal data are processed on the basis of performing the agreement for the purpose of participating in the Event and are stored for 30 days after the end of the Event.
9.5. Participants have the right to request access to the collected Personal Data, to correct them, to delete or restrict the processing of Personal Data.
9.6. Participants who register for the Event agree that the Organizers may film and photograph them during the Event, and use the photos and footage publicly and may transfer them to the sponsors of the Event.
9.7. Personal data collected for the purpose of registration and participation in the Event will be stored for 30 days after the end of the Event, and photos and footage will be stored for 2 years from the date of receipt of consent.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. The Event Organizers reserve the right to change these Rules.
